DROP OFF
I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48hrs notice if you are unable to make your existing booking.
Running late? Please let me know as soon as possible! It affects your service provider and other customers. Dogs arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a ’NO SHOW’.
Appointment - mark it in your calendar. While I endeavor to send reminders, this is a courtesy only and cannot be relied upon. You are responsible for setting your own reminders.
Please make sure your dog has had time to relieve itself prior to dropping off.
PICK UP
Please be on time to collect your dog. Dogs know when their groom is complete and are eager to get home.
Please do not show up earlier for pick-up. Once your dog is aware of your presence, it may not be possible to safely finish grooming her/him.
You are welcome to bring a photo of how you would like your dog to be groomed. Please bare in mind I am a dog groomer and not a magician 😉
